Passion fruit contains high levels of vitamin A, which is important for skin, vision, and the immune system, and vitamin C, which is an important antioxidant. Passion fruit is also a source of potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron. Passion fruit also contains phosphorus, niacin, and vitamin B-6, all of which a healthy body also needs.
Premium quality fruit is in short supply, so first come first serve.
